I TOTALLY get how real the struggle can be with staying motivated. Some days you jump out of bed and crush your workouts while other days your body is craving junk food and the last thing you want to do is anything healthy! These are the ebs and flows we will all face from time to time.

Don't be too hard on yourself.
Falling off is part of the process. You will miss workouts - you will make lousy food choices. IT.IS.GOING.TO.HAPPEN.
It doesn't matter how many times you fall off, it's the amount of times you get back on that bike that matters!
