Our Health Coaching clients work a ton on mindset and I wanted to forward on some tips from Step 1 to start your week off on the right foot.
Releasing your childhood is step 1 - we call it "divorcing your past".
If you refuse to work on yourself you will continue to blame others for your present issues. So many people talk negatively about others becase of their own insecuriteis - they operate from a scarce mindset. Jealousy is ugly and so is insecurity.
Abundance equals abundance!
Once we realize this and really begin to wrap our mind around the concept of abundance things start to fall into place. Like always we must do the work! Focus on all the good around you, and as always reach out if I can help in anyway!
