Health and physical fitness is a passion of mine that I hope to share with all of the Grist Mill Fitness members. I believe that being physically fit makes you feel better mentally and physically and leads to overall improved health and well -being. Regular exercise has been proven to elicit an immense number of health benefits and allows you to challenge yourself during every workout.

I developed my passion for physical fitness at a very young age by playing multiple organized sports. I fell in love with working out during high school and I decided that I wanted to help other people reach their fitness goals by sharing my knowledge and experience.

I attended The College of New Jersey, where I received my bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science. After graduating in the spring of 2016, I became a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.

My goal is to create a fun yet challenging environment where members are able to leave their comfort zones and exercise for an hour a day in order to better themselves. Physical fitness should be a goal of everyone regardless of age and physical limitations. Every body is different. Grist Mill Fitness is the perfect place to find your strength and fitness in a non judgmental atmosphere where modifications are key to helping members reach their goals.
