Exercising has been an integral part of my life since playing organized sports at a young age. When my days of daily sports routines ended, I found it challenging to maintain the same level of activity; so I pushed myself to the limit focusing solely on lifting or on cardio workouts. As a result, I suffered numerous injuries and my goals seemed even harder to attain. My fitness journey was at a crossroads and I needed to find a solution. I decided to try circuit training and quickly developed a love for the balance these workouts offer, the lack of repetitiveness, and the exciting fast pace. Circuit training is not only fun, but delivers amazing results in a short amount of time without causing damage to the body.
My goal at Grist Mill is to foster the same love for circuit training with my clients and work with you to develop proper form and push you to attain your ultimate fitness goals.
