Join us for an hour of strengthening and lengthening. This breath based class is the perfect combination of calisthenics, pilates and body weight movements. This class will get your abs fired up, help with spinal health, overall strength and will leave you feeling great!
Our signature circuit class
Circuit training for all ages and fitness levels. This class will give you the boost, challenge, and motivation you've been needing to achieve the body you desire! We will do this by combining a variety of workouts including strength training, cardio, tabata, and HIIT, being sure to keep the energy and results going!
Our heated barre class
Combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and pilates in a heated room. Exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
