I TOTALLY get how real the struggle can be with staying motivated. Some days you jump out of bed and crush your workouts while other days your body is craving junk food and the last thing you want to do is anything healthy! These are the ebs and flows we will all face from time to time.

Keep your attitude high! The glass is ALWAYS half full.

IT'S.A.MINDSET.

Period!

Keep your goals top of mind.

Set reminder's in your phone, put a post it on your dash board - WHATEVER.IT.TAKES.

Don't be too hard on yourself.

A major focus in our 8 Week Reset is water! Only 22 percent of Americans are drinking sufficient amounts of water!! We could easily sit here all day talking about the health benefits of drinking more water but a few of our favorite reasons are:
